When Petrofac recognized the need to continuously optimise the utilisation of their engineering workforce, they turned to Innate. A geographically dispersed workforce of more than 5,000 were deployed across many projects and proposals, each having their own priority, timeline and competency requirements.
Similarly, Atkins Intelligent Transport Systems faced a number of resource management issues. Resource conflicts were difficult to see and resolve and project managers had limited visibility of suitable alternatives if their preferred person was busy. The impact of successful bids on the skills capacity to deliver was difficult to visualize, and utilisation was difficult to measure against targets.
We support clients with 50 to 5,000 + resources in several market sectors:
- Professional services organizations, including Consulting Engineers. market research and IT service providers.
- Engineering services in Construction, Utilities and Oil & Gas facilities providers.
- Internal departments, such as IT and R&D, within various sectors, such as financial services, government, pharmaceuticals and telecoms, etc.
